Celyn Armstrong, general counsel and head of compliance at crypto market maker Portofino Technologies, has exited the firm. The departure follows that of former CFO Mark Blackborough, signaling a leadership reshuffle at the institutional trading firm.

"We’re grateful to Celyn for his pivotal role in building Portofino’s regulatory infrastructure," a company spokesperson said. The firm has appointed Dilan Bastin as new compliance head during a period of global expansion.
